In this final project I used a similar version of Photoshop. I black-and-whited the picture and used an eraser to erase the sides. Then I used a blur tool to make the sides blend with a black background. Then I took a picture of the nike sign and used a crop tool to take it out and put it on there. Dude to be honest this was the hardest I've worked on a project.
